X-40

About the neoamorfic™ QEIv15™ engine

QEIv15™ is the core research engine that powers the X-40 suite. It’s a physics-first control architecture in which computational flow is governed by information-theoretic and quantum-inspired signal physics(phase alignment, interference, and decoherence proxies). Classical statistics are used for diagnostics, but they do not drive system behavior.

From entropy → control

QEIv15 extracts descriptors such as spectral entropy, cross-channel coherence, phase slippage, and gradient energy, transforming them into control signals for two domains:

GPU orchestration (under development)

X-40 for GPU (/gpu) extends QEIv15 into cluster ops: per-request power metering, entropy-triggered rate control, and carbon-aware placement for multi-GPU / MIG setups.
